Kelly Ulrich

Kelly Ulrich started Ulrich Attorneys & Associates during the year 2020 when times were not the greatest for the country and the world at large. After being admitted as an Attorney and Conveyancer, Kelly was able to realise her dream of starting her own firm and focus on running it in a most efficient way with her primary focus being on getting property transfers through as fast and effectively as possible, in an industry known for delays.

Kelly has been in the legal field for over 8 years and having previously run a Conveyancing department on her own, is well versed and experienced in the field. Ulrich Attorneys & Associates can assist with the drawing up of wills, Antenuptial Contracts as well as the management of deceased estates.

With an “all in or nothing” attitude, Kelly is a hard working professional, who puts the needs of her clients before anything else. A working wife and mother with a goal of becoming a well known conveyancer within the Durban area, Kelly has put heart and soul into the opening of Ulrich Attorneys & Associates.

Lara Whittaker

Lara is a seasoned property professional with over a decade of experience in Property Management and seven years as a qualified Estate Agent. Known in the industry as a “Master Property Practitioner,” she successfully ran her own estate agency for five years. For the past two years, she has expanded her expertise into the Conveyancing industry, entering the legal side of property to enhance her ability to help clients.

Lara’s approach is centered on her three P’s: passion, people, and property. She empowers her clients throughout the entire journey, from helping them find the right home to guiding them through the often complex transfer process. Her aim is to make this transition smooth and stress-free, ensuring that buyers not only secure their ideal property but also have it transferred into their name with ease.

For sellers, Lara is committed to securing the best possible deal while managing the legal process with minimal stress. Having recently qualified as a Conveyancing Secretary, she is now able to offer a comprehensive service, combining her vast property experience with legal knowledge to support her clients every step of the way.
